Harvest Associates, Inc. is based in Spring, Texas and was founded in 1993. Harvest was started because our affiliate company could not find a collection agency that was small enough to provide personalized service yet large enough to have the resources to get results. With Harvest, we have been able to give our clients the attention that they deserve and do not get from the larger agencies. Our size gives us the flexibility to adapt to changes and individual needs of our clients. Our mission is to form a partnership based on the expressed needs and directives of our clients which yields the highest net return while maintaining relationships.

Steve Wolford
President and Cheif Executive Officer
Steve has 40 years of successful experience in sales, marketing, finance, administrative, and management. This includes experience with Fortune 500 companies as well as small private companies. During the past 32 years, Steve has focused on services related to the health care field.
Steve is a Past President and board member of The Rotary Club of The Woodlands and a recipient of the prestigious Rotary Paul Harris Award. Other affiliations include LSU Alumni Association, Fellowship of The Woodlands, LINKS of Montgomery County, and South Montgomery Chamber of Commerce.
Steve is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a B.S. degree in Marketing and Management and an M.B.A. degree in Finance. Steve is listed in the National Register’s Who’s Who in executives and professionals. Steve currently resides in The Woodlands, Texas with his wife of 40 years, Amy. They have a grown son, a married daughter, a granddaughter and a grandson. Steve enjoys golf, fishing, and travel.
Ian McKeithen
Chief Operations Officer
Ian has over 40 years of experience in business operations, sales, marketing and management. He has over 30 years of experience in the medical collections industry and has been with Harvest Associates for over 20 years. As Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for all medical receivable management processes and personnel. Ian is also involved in the day to day management of the medical coding team for our sister company, Accumed Revenue Systems.
Ian has experience in the full revenue cycle from the initial billing process through the collection of unpaid receivables. He promotes an empathetic, problem solving approach when working with patients to ensure that the client-patient relationship is maintained.
Ian attended The College of Business at East Carolina University where he also played basketball. In his spare time, he enjoys watching sports, playing tennis and spending time with his family.
